2. Taxi drivers
3. Little boys selling newspapers or running errands - this is better if they are also wearing vests
4. Men over 55 in the United Kingdom
That's it. No one else should wear caps. No boy bands. No natty businessmen. Definitely no attractive women in their twenties.
